Travel insurance 

Our travel insurance (Euro 5 per person per night) covers you and your loved ones against cancellations up to the day of arrival. This gives you the advantage that you can cancel free of charge and without giving reasons up to one month (30 days) before arrival and you only pay the premium for the protection and the processing fee.
In the month of arrival, you are protected until the day of arrival, provided one of the following points applies: − Unexpected serious illness or serious accident on your part, which does not allow you to stay (only acute illnesses apply here). − Death, serious illness or serious accident in the immediate family circle (spouse, life partner, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren). − Delays due to force majeure and strikes through no fault of our own. − Significant damage to private property such as water damage, fire, burglary or theft. If you present a certificate or confirmation, you do not pay any cancellation costs, but only the premium for the protection. Please note that your travel insurance does not include trip interruption. This is only included in the case of complete protection insurance and with many insurance companies a cancellation protection plus package.
If you decide against our cancellation protection, the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply. The cancellation costs are calculated from the total price. If you cancel due to illness, we would like to point out that written confirmation from the treating doctor is required.
Please note that existing illnesses will only be covered if they unexpectedly become acute before the start of your trip. We look forward to welcoming you.

Check-in: The apartments are available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of your arrival.

Check-out: On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Pets are allowed and will be charged separately!

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

In order to finalise your booking, please make an advance payment to the sum of 40% of the total bill.

 As soon as we have received your advance payment, we will send you a written booking confirmation by email, fax, or post. Your booking will then be binding.

 In order to avoid any cancellation fees, we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

 If a journey is not possible due to a PANDEMIC by law or if there is a TRAVEL WARNING and you like to cancel, we charge NO CANCELLATION FEES!
