A SUNNY WORLD OF HAPPINESS

Behind Sonnenhang is a personal dream of a hideaway in the countryside and a lot of ideology. We, Doris and Albert, left our eventful lives in management behind us in order to painstakingly refurbish an old bungalow on the sunny side of the Tyrolean Uplands, with great attention to detail. Step by step, we transformed the property into a charming little gem for private holidays with 7 premium eco apartments, an outdoor infinity pool, and, as of December 2018, a spa area with a fitness studio.

The ecological idea seems very important to us. That is why we operate photovoltaic and solar systems as well as flush toilets with rainwater and much more.

At Sonnenhang, our daughter Emilie helps out as well, working to provide you with a holiday and lifestyle of the highest quality, with plenty of privacy. Individual and personal, as well as spacious and special. Certainly not like at home, as the saying goes; visitors here are whisked away to a sunny world of happiness as soon as they step foot on the property.

NATURE-FRIENDLY PREMIUM FACILITIES

We appreciate and love the natural setting that makes Sonnenhang what it is; a relaxed idyll in nature. As such, we care deeply about the environment and sustainable practices. The pool and the warm water in the apartments are heated using our on-site solar power system and water storage tanks. Our toilets are flushed using rainwater. We use exclusively LED lightbulbs. We separate our waste for recycling. And aside from that, we generally keep the “reduce, reuse, recycle” concept in mind and apply it wherever possible.
